My Verizon App

I was part of the team that created and launched the My Verizon App. The vision was to simplify account usability and introduce personalization into the Verizon experience.

Since launch, I’ve led multiple work streams to enhance and add features to the app.

The app has 4.6 stars in the App Store with over 4.5 million reviews. It has been ranked #5 out of all utility apps.
