Hi, I’m Mor. UX isn’t just my job; it’s how I think.
I'm a Creative Director of UX, but what I actually do goes far beyond wireframes and workflows.
I bring clarity to chaos, lead with intention, and bridge strategy, user needs, and business goals. And I believe great work starts with seeing the full picture - of people, products, and process.
Resumés don’t tell the full story, so here’s mine.
From co-founding a startup, over a decade at digital agencies, and even studying functional medicine — every experience has shaped how I lead and solve problems.
Over the past decade, I’ve evolved from UX practitioner to trusted strategic lead.
I’ve led cross-disciplinary teams, guided junior designers in their growth, and taken full ownership of complex projects, stepping into ambiguity to deliver high-impact digital products.

I’m entering a new chapter. One that’s less about the job title, and more about the impact.
I’m driven to create meaningful change that improves lives — especially in health and wellness, but anywhere thoughtful strategy can make a difference. For me, impact means solving meaningful problems at scale.
I’m open to new roles that value positive change and thoughtful experience design — whether that’s a UX Director, a strategic partner, or a role you haven’t named yet.

My Philosophies
Rushed work shows.
The best experiences comes from thoughtful time and space.
Design is strategy.
It's not just how it looks. It’s how it works, what it solves, and who it's for.
Great UX is a relief.
So many things in life are annoying. Make experiences that feel like a breath of fresh air.
Tie everything to a clear goal.
If there’s no strategy, there’s only confusion and wasted time.
Foundations matter.
Spend more time early on to set things up the right way. You’ll save a lot of time later.
Process is king.
The right people involved at the right time makes all the difference.
